WG-Zimmer in Freising, Lerchenfeld

I’m looking for someone to sublet my spacious and fully furnished 23 m2 room in Freising-Lerchenfeld! The room offers plenty of space and has everything you need to feel at home, including a bed, desk, wardrobe, full-length mirror and a cozy sofa area. It also comes with a private balcony, making it a lovely space to relax after a long day at university or work. 🏡 The WG This is a girls-only shared flat. The other residents are currently Theresa and Leoni, and we all study or have studied Bio-Lebensmittel & Business at Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf (HSWT). Everyone is super friendly, and we want the WG to feel like a comfortable and welcoming place to live. We speak both German and English. We also have a weekly cleaning schedule (Putzplan), which everyone follows, so keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy is important to us. We’re looking for someone who is communicative, respectful and considerate of the other flatmates and the shared home. 📍 Location & transport The flat is very conveniently located in Freising-Lerchenfeld, with pretty much everything you need nearby: • 🛒 REWE directly across the street • 🚌 Kepserstraße bus stop right in front of the building, with several buses going to Freising train station • 🚉 Around 10 minutes by bus or bike to Freising Bahnhof • 🎓 Around 20 minutes by bike or up to 30 minutes by bus to HSWT and the TU Munich campus • 🏋️ Two gyms within a 5-minute walk • 🛍️ DM and Aldi nearby Overall, it’s a great location for students who want to have everything within easy reach. 📅 Rental details • Rent: €600 per month • Deposit (Kaution): €600 • Room: 23 m2, furnished, with balcony • Rental type: Temporary sublet (Untermiete) The room is initially available as a temporary sublet. *There is a possibility to stay longer, but this would need to be discussed and agreed upon at a later stage.* If you’re interested, feel free to send me a message introducing yourself, including a little about what you study or do.I’d be happy to answer any questions! 🌞
