Flatshare in Munich, Ramersdorf

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in east Munich. Move-in/out dates are flexible. The room has access to a sunny balcony and hardwood floors, with optional furniture (wardrobe, shelf, chair) available. We have a cozy kitchen for brunches, raclette, or wine nights. The bathroom is bright with a window and bathtub. The WG is in Ramersdorf-Perlach, near Michaelibad and Innsbrucker Ring. Ostbahnhof is 10 minutes by bike or bus. Aldi, Edeka, and Ostpark (perfect for jogging or beer gardens) are nearby. Gigi (30, designer, works from home) and Febrina (27, kindergarten teacher) are creative, open, and humorous. We enjoy a relaxed WG life with shared chats and space for alone time
