Only for non smoking vegetarian please 🙏 The apartment is a renovated old building, total apartment area is 80sqm. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor with one window front facing the residential street and the other window front facing the courtyard/garden. The room to be occupied is 22sqm and is rented unfurnished. There is also a beautiful living room which is shared. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction stove. The bathroom contains, among other things, a shower. The floor of the apartment is made of solid wood planks with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom. There is a beautiful courtyard, which invites you to linger. Smoking is not allowed in the whole apartment. The apartment is located in Lichtenberg. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station of the same name is within 7 minutes walking distance. There are also several regional trains leaving from Lichtenberg. In addition, there are various bus connections in the vicinity. Berlin's main train station can be reached from the Lichtenberg station in 22 minutes by direct connection. There are several supermarkets, pharmacies, drugstores and dining options within a close radius (5 to 10minutes or less). Less than 20 minutes away is the Herzberge Landscape Park for walking and relaxing. There are other parks to choose from. In the whole apartment only 2 people can be living, so no couples! I am looking for a female roommate, between 20-45 years old. Reliability in agreements, as well as a common concern to keep the apartment clean and tidy, are particularly important:-)! The privacy and moments of peace of the other person should be respected. Very important: this is not a party-WG!!! It is specifically looking for a roommate who prefers a quiet shared apartment life. About your future flatmate: her name is Naina, 31 years old and she works as a software developer. :-) She is the main tenant.
