WG-Zimmer in München, Bogenhausen

I am looking for a responsible, friendly, and clean flatmate to take over my room in a shared 3-person apartment (WG) in Bogenhausen, starting December 1st. 🛋️ The Room & Apartment Room: Bright, cozy room (approx. 17–18 m²) located on the 11th floor with a great view and direct access to a small balcony (shared between the 3 rooms). Furniture: The room comes unfurnished. However, you can optionally buy most of the furniture (bed, desk, chair, and nightstand) upon agreement. Note: The black KALLAX shelf is not for sale. Apartment: 3-person WG with 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom with shower + one guest toilet). Kitchen: 100% equipped with everything you need. The fridge, oven, and dishwasher are brand new and were purchased together by the current tenants. Building Extras: Includes a basement unit (Keller) for extra storage, plus shared washing machines and dryers in the building. 👥 Flatmates & Community You will be sharing the apartment (kitchen and bathrooms) with two easygoing and friendly roommates: A girl (~25 years old) who speaks Spanish, German, and English. A guy (~25–30 years old) who speaks English and a bit of German. He works long hours, so he mostly comes home to sleep in the evenings. We are looking for someone who is considerate, neat, responsible, and values a comfortable and clean living space! 📍 Location & Transport Super convenient location in Munich-Bogenhausen! Very close to S-Bahn station (S8 Johanneskirchen). Bus and tram stops are just a quick and easy walk away. 💰 Costs & Details Rent (Warmmiete): €670 / month Deposit (Kaution): €1,400 Appliance Transfer Fee (Ablöse): €500 (one-time payment for the newly purchased kitchen appliances: fridge, oven, and dishwasher).
