DONT MISS THE LAST PARAGRAPH!!! Room The room is on the top floor under the roof, with exposed wooden beams. It's bright and cosy, about 17 m2 with sloped ceilings. It is currently furnished (bed, sofa, desk with chair, shelves). Which pieces stay or can be bought is something we'll gladly discuss at the viewing. You can also furnish the room with your own things Location The house is in Hamburg-Niendorf Nord, a quiet and green area. Niendorf Nord station (U2) is about 6 minutes on foot, so you're quickly in the city centre. There's REWE supermarket right next to the station, Penny 10 min away and multiple bakeries, restaurants, and bus stop nearby. Flatshare We are a flatshare with 3 flatmates, all aged 21 to 22 and students at Kühne Logistics University. We all work part-time jobs in the business world alongside our studies. We're busy during the week, but we love going out and sometimes party at home on the weekends. We're very organised: the flat is always clean, and we do a deep clean every 1 to 2 months. We're looking for someone who is organised and reliable, likes to party, and can handle some noise on weekends. Rent is €820 all-inclusive: utilities, heating, electricity and WiFi. The deposit is €1,700. Available from 1 December 2026, [registration of address (Anmeldung) is possible]. The flat comes with a garden and a covered terrace and a a heated pool. Please tell us a bit about yourself: age, job or studies, and your preferred move-in date. IMPORTANT INFO: Our flatmate is moving to another country. We were really close friends, so we're not looking for just a roommate, but for a new friend to share the flat with. Before we decide, we'll invite you for some drinks at a bar and get to know each other. Send us a few photos of yourself and, if you like, your Instagram.
