Hi friends! I am renting out a studio in Neuhausen (7 minutes from Rotkreuzplatz) for my semester abroad! Kitchen will be fully equipped with a coffee machine, rice cooker, airfryer also available. Washer and dryer is new and is in the kitchen. The kitchen is separate from the living area, and has a barstool table with two chairs, a fridge, an oven and a 4 pot stove. There is a small hallway leading to the bathroom, and a living area with a couch, rocking chair, desk, chair and bed. The bathroom has a bath/shower, lots of storage space and a radiator on the wall perfect for hanging/drying clothes. For storage purposes there are lots of cabinets, a wardrobe and a small cabinet in the hall, and racks for hanging additional clothes or coats. There is also a kallax regal in the living area and a bedside table for additional storage. There is an elevator in the building. The building is in a quiet neighborhood, near U1, tram 12 and bus 53 are in front of the building, many other connections from Rotkreuzplatz are minutes away, Donnersbergerbrücke 15 mins away, Hbf 15 minutes away. Penny is in the same building; Rewe, DM, dm, pharmacies, post office, Burgerbüro, and a gas station are just minutes away. Nymphenburger palace and Olympia park are walking distance away, to Universität and big universities ca 30 minutes with public transport, 15 minutes by bike. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby:)
