Wohnung in München, Laim

Hi everyone! 😊 I’m moving out of my fully furnished 22 m² studio apartment in Laim at the end of November, and I’m looking for someone to take over the apartment. The studio is located within a private student residence complex, so being a student is a requirement. The monthly rent is €840, with electricity and internet costs paid separately. Regarding the required financial documentation, a student certificate is mandatory. However, proof of financial security is flexible and can be provided through a guarantor, a blocked account (Sperrkonto), or proof of income (e.g. the last three months’ payslips). If you’re interested or would like more information about the apartment and the rental process, feel free to send me a private message! 😊
