WG-Zimmer in Lissabon, Avenidas Novas

The apartment is located right in front of Parque Metro (blue line) and the parque Eduardo VII, 5 minutes by walk to Picoas Metro (yellow line) and the main bus stop. It is a super chill residental area with everything you need nearby: specialty coffees, bars, gyms, restaurants, a sourdough bakery, supermarkets, … and yet, you only need 7 minutes to Baixa-Chiado! The room is super big and quiet, facing a green backyard, which means even being in a good and busy location, sleeping with the windows open without any noise is possible. Your roommates will be Lukas, Francesco, Anna-Lena, Franka, Hannah and Carolin, all doing either their Masters or Erasmus in Lisbon. The apartment has 260 sqm, so there is plenty of space for everyone. We are all really outgoing, if you want to, you will always find someone to have a coffee in the kitchen or play a board game, we also try to have apartment nights and cook outs from time to time! Also we all share three big bathrooms with showers, a super big kitchen with two fridges and a living room. Once per week, all the common areas get cleaned, which makes life alot easier. I will not sublet the room to you, you will get an official contract from the landlord. Additionally, I would like you to take over some things that I bought to improve the room: Chair, big Mirror and Table. (75€) If you are interested, send us a message so we can schedule a call, or if you are already in Lisbon you can also come meet us in person!
