Gut zu wissen

Hey! I’ll be away for three months for a research stay and am looking for a nice person to take care of my apartment during that time. The apartment is on the top floor (with elevator) very bright, and has a large south-facing balcony. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a new washing machine, and high-quality furniture. It’s located at the corner Weserstraße in Neukölln, surrounded by lots of cute shops, cafés, and bars. Public transport is very convenient: 1-minute walk to M41, 10 minutes on foot to S-Sonnenallee, and 10 minutes to U7 Karl-Marx-Straße. I added an image of the balcony in summer, so it shows how it looks like in April/May :) Move out dates are flexible and can be extended a bit. Excited to hear from you! Best, Vince
