I’m offering my lovely apartment for sublet for three months during the winter. The apartment is bright and airy, featuring two spacious rooms and a cozy eating area that can also double as an office. The room available for rent includes a balcony that gets plenty of afternoon and evening sun. It’s just a six-minute walk to the S-Bahn, making it super convenient to get around Berlin. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by green spaces and parks. Plus, there are plenty of gyms and fitness classes nearby, as well as shopping facilities within a short 5-10 minute walk. And of course, my lovely roommate and sister (23yo) is super friendly, kind and easy going making it a welcoming place to stay. Let me know if you’re interested! ✨
