Wohnung in Berlin, Neukölln

🌿 Quiet & cosy 1-room apartment in Neukölln with home-office setup 💻 I’m subletting my one-room apartment in Neukölln while I’m travelling for work. It’s my own home, so I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful who will take good care of the space while I’m away. Ideally, a young professional who enjoys having a comfortable and quiet place to work from and retreat to after a busy day. 😊 The apartment: * 🏡 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor * 🍳 Large separate kitchen + bathroom * 💻 Full WFH setup with desk, large external monitor + all connections/dongles for your laptop *☕ De’Longhi coffee machine – so if you’re a coffee lover, you’ll feel right at home * 🌿 Quiet apartment with a nice view * 🏠 Well-maintained building, recently refurbished outside * 👨‍👩‍👧 Mostly families in the building, so it’s generally calm Location: * U8 – 5 min walk * Ringbahn – 5 min walk * U7 – 8 min walk * Tempelhofer Feld – 15–20 min walk * Lidl – less than 1 min away It’s a really comfortable little home with great connections, while still being somewhere you can switch off and have your own space. If you’re interested, send me a little bit about yourself, what you do and what brings you to Berlin. 😊
