A bright, fully furnished room (approx. 18 m) is available from 15 August 2026 in a modern 120 m² new-build apartment. The apartment would be shared with Shreya (27F) and Deep (26M), both of whom work in finance in Frankfurt. We have a friendly and social WG—we often cook together and spend time in the common areas while also respecting each other's privacy. ### The Apartment The apartment is finished to a very high standard and includes: * Large floor-to-ceiling triple-glazed windows * Underfloor heating & real wood flooring * Modern kitchen with Miele dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer and other appliances * Bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, plus separate guest WC * Electric blinds throughout * Covered balcony (Loggia) * Lift, cellar and bicycle storage * Washing machine and Dryer connection in the apartment * Excellent insulation and video intercom ### The Room The room has large windows and is offered fully furnished. **Taking over the furniture is preferred**, including a new IKEA bed (160×200), Emma mattress, electric height-adjustable desk, IKEA PAX wardrobe and other furnishings, totally around 1100 euros. The exact furniture can be discussed. ### Location The apartment is ideally located in Sachsenhausen: * M30 & M36 stop directly outside the building * 8–9 minute walk to Südbahnhof or Lokalbahnhof * Less than 10 minutes to Konstablerwache * Close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and Frankfurt City Forest ### Rent * **€850 warm** (internet excluded) * 3 months' deposit * Anmeldung possible * Open-ended contract We're looking for a considerate flatmate (20–35 years old). Female preferred (soft preference), but everyone is welcome to apply. Students and young professionals are both welcome. Pets are allowed, and smoking is fine on the balcony. If you're interested, send us a short introduction about yourself—we'd love to hear from you!
