Bright, fully furnished room available in a calm, all-female 3-bedroom flat in Munich-Blumenau. The flat is around 82–85 m² and faces a quiet inner courtyard, making it very peaceful and ideal for studying or working from home. The room is bright and comes furnished with a 140×200 cm bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves and plants. It is the quietest room in the flat, located at the back away from the street. Shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher and additional basement storage. The flat is non-smoking and well maintained. The WG consists of respectful, calm women who are working or recently graduated, with a mix of office and home office schedules. The atmosphere is friendly but relaxed. The location is well connected, with buses nearby and quick access to Pasing, Laim and Großhadern. Munich city centre can be reached in around 30–35 minutes. An Edeka supermarket and other shops are located literally under the flat. Move-in possible from end of January or February.
