WG-Zimmer in Berlin, Lichterfelde

Hi everyone!👋 A room in our shared apartment will be available from November 1st! We are two women looking preferably for a third woman to join us long-term (FLINTA welcomed!🌸), with the possibility of Anmeldung. The room is 23 m2 (the apartment is 100 m2 in total), and the rent is 580€ per person (approximately 620€ with electricity and Wi-Fi). The apartment is located right next to Lichterfelde West S-Bahn station. There is an Edeka, Nahkauf, Lidl, Rossmann, and several other shops nearby. The Caution is 1450€ (2 months of rent plus a supplement for the furniture). We are not a Zweck-WG (a shared apartment where everyone mostly keeps to themselves), so we are looking for someone who: • is organized, tidy and clean; • has some shared interests with us; • is looking to make new friends; • enjoys doing things together from time to time; • does not always want to have parties at home. About us: 🌻I’m Rebecca, 26 years old, and I’m French-Iranian. I’m currently starting my final year of my Bachelor’s degree in Opera Singing at UdK. I sew a lot and do sports (aerial circus and climbing). I enjoy cooking (when I have time) and watching anime or TV series! My passions are mushrooms and bees 🐝 We can speak English, German, French and Italian (and I'll be happy to learn new languages!) One important thing to know: My room is in the corner of the apartment, which means that to get there, I have to either walk through Caro’s room or yours. This has never been a problem between us – I always knock before coming in, and if you need privacy at that moment, I simply go through the other room instead! 🌼I’m Caro, 31 years old, from Brazil, and I’m currently in the final semester of my Master’s degree in German as a Foreign Language. In my free time, I work out, go jogging, play video games, read books and dance Forró. I really enjoy cooking and baking, including for my flatmates :) I also really enjoy speaking different languages – at the moment, German and French are spoken daily in our WG! If you're interested, you can send me (Rebecca) a little text about you and we'll organise a visit and meeting!😊
