Gut zu wissen

my name is Dawn :) About me: 25 female makeup artist , calm person. The apartment is located in a quiet and well-connected area of Berlin. Public transportation is very convenient, with the U8 and S-Bahn both easily reachable, making it simple to get around the city. You’ll find everything you need nearby, including REWE, PENNY and Netto, as well as a Späti and several places to grab food. Despite the convenient location, the neighborhood itself is quiet and relaxed, making it a comfortable place to live. About the Person I’m Looking For I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible and knows how to keep a home tidy. Since the apartment is a peaceful place, I’m ideally looking for someone who is rather calm and respectful of the shared living environment. Please note that this is not a party apartment. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t regularly have parties, doesn’t smoke or use drugs, and doesn’t have pets. Overall, I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean and enjoys a quiet and comfortable home
