Furnished room in compact 2-person flatshare, 2 min. from U3/U6 Giselastraße The fully furnished room is around 13 m² and part of a compact 2-bedroom apartment of approximately 42 m². The room comes with a large 1.80 x 2.00 m Tempur bed, wardrobe, small desk and sofa bed. Basically, you only need to bring your clothes and personal belongings. The apartment has a compact and somewhat unusual layout. When you enter, you come directly into the kitchen, which is also our shared living and social area. The rooms are separated from this area by sliding doors. There is no separate living room. The apartment is located in the heart of Schwabing, only about a 2-minute walk from Giselastraße underground station with the U3 and U6 lines. LMU, TUM, the English Garden and Münchner Freiheit are all very close, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby. The location is especially nice for Erasmus and international students. There is an Erasmus Karaoke night every Tuesday only about 2 minutes away, and many student events and nightlife spots around Universität and Münchner Freiheit are within walking distance. So it is a great location if you want to meet people and experience Munich while living very close to the universities. I am a very social person and not looking for a purely functional flatshare. I enjoy going out, meeting friends, doing sports and exploring Munich. It would be nice to occasionally cook together, have a drink, go out, watch something or sit in the kitchen and chat. At the same time, everyone has their own routine, privacy and time for themselves. Having visitors is absolutely fine, whether friends, your boyfriend or girlfriend, or family. As long as we communicate openly and are considerate of each other, I am very relaxed about it. International students, Erasmus students and interns are welcome. I also spent time abroad myself and really enjoyed the social side of Erasmus, so I know how nice it is to have a social home while staying abroad. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and everything you need for everyday cooking. There is also a dishwasher, air fryer, ice cream maker and multifunctional cooking machine. The apartment also has a dryer and a vacuum and mopping robot. The bathroom has a bathtub. The rent is €885 per month including electricity, water, internet and all utilities. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible and can be adjusted individually. If your internship, Erasmus semester or stay in Munich starts or ends a little earlier or later, we can usually find a solution. Important: Anmeldung / registration at this address is unfortunately not possible.
