Me and my friend Joana (20 years old) are renting the other room of this apartment and we are looking for someone cool for the third room. We are both portuguese and moving to Munich to do our masters at TUM. If you are interested in the room I can send you a video of the apartment and put you in contact with the landlord (the contract has a minimum of 9 months). The rent is 795€/month (utilities included) and you will need to pay a deposity of 3 month’s rent. We have already visited the flat and everything is according to the add. We have preference for girls who are also studying but that is flexible :)
