Hi there, the flat is located 5 Min away from the Ringbahn - Landsberger Allee. 10 minute walking distance. Supermarkets (Rewe, Netto, Aldi) are within a 10-minute walk. Very quiet apartment with windows overlooking the courtyard. At around 30 m², it’s not the biggest place, but with my current setup, there’s still plenty of space and you can easily have friends over. The neighbors smoke weed, so unfortunately I sometimes have to keep the windows closed, but hopefully that won’t be as much of an issue during winter! You can move in anytime between October 15th and 31st, and the move-out date would be January 15th. Feel free to message me if you’re interested, and we can figure everything out together
