Hey! 🧚🏻 LOOKING FOR NEW TENANT ASAP FROM 15.09 Unfortunately I am moving out of my cute room for studies, looking for someone to take over a long-term contract It is a fully furnished room in a 3er WG located near Leinestrasse U-Bahn station. The room size is 14 sq m, it has a nice big table, big comfy bed, and lots of storage space. Some of my fav things about the place: - the view of the beautiful tree when you wake up - ten minutes walk to Tempelholf field (every evening is unbelievable there) - my favourite cinema (rollenberg) is just down the street - two calm, quiet, and super polite roommates (one male one female) - the cozy warm-light lamps - bi-weekly professional cleaning - 3 different grocery stores within a few minutes of walking - my personal favourite = a lot of space for some non damaging wall decorations :)) Key info: - any gender and age - 720 eur / month (warm) - available from September (negotiable move-in date) if you’re interested please dm me with the following information 🌸: * Self-Disclosure form * The last three pay slips or a copy of the new employment contract * ID card or passport (Visa if necessary) * Certificate of freedom from rental debts (if available) i will put you in contact with the landlords 💕
