Hi, I’m Sara, and I live here with my boyfriend — we’ll be away from Berlin for a few weeks and are looking for someone to take over the flat temporarily. Fully furnished, ideal for a couple. Features: Comfortable big bed for two Sofa bed for guests Bathtub for relaxing Washing machine 1st floor in a super convenient location: 1 minute from Lidl 5 minutes from Aldi Between Hermannstraße and Tempelhof Nearest bus stop 2 minutes away Residence registration not possible (short-term sublet only). Cozy and quiet space — great for working from home or enjoying the city. Small request: water two plants every few days. If interested or with questions, feel free to reach out.
