2 rooms available in a shared flat, mountain & ocean view from the living room and in one of the rooms to rent. 5-10min walk to the beach through a very nice park. 3 min walk to metro station La Luz/La Paz, supermarkets, bus, etc. Conchita and José, an elderly couple, rent out 3 rooms in their apartment. The bathroom is shared with the other renters, Conchita & José have their own bathroom. The kitchen is shared. Rent is 375€ all costs included if you are staying several months, 450€ if only 1 month. I lived here for a month and really recommend it! Conchita and José are very lovely people, they only speak Spanish and French tho. You decide how much you want to interact with them.
