Gut zu wissen

Renting my cozy and cute flat in Karlshost for 4 month. I will be away for a little while and I’m looking for someone trustable and clean to take over my flat during this period. No smoking in the room but kitchen ok. Absolutely no party or after ! Looking for someone calm and that is matching my way of living inside. The area is very cute and i have no problems with my neighbors and i wanna keep it like this. So if you are party people at home and like to receive please pass this add. Pets allowed if the flat is cleaned oftenly. No anmeldung No wifi I prefer visit in person during the week.
