I recently moved into my 52 m², 2-room apartment in Wilmersdorf, but I’ll be traveling for a few months, so I’m looking for someone reliable who can take care of the place, while also someone who enjoys a cozy, comfortable home in a quiet yet well-connected neighborhood. Preferably a single person, but couples can also be considered. 🗓️ When: Dec 01 - Dec 31 (flexible until first week of January) 📍 Where: Wilmersdorf 💶 Rent: 1080€/month (all incl) couple:1200€ 💰 Deposit: 600€ (couple: 1000€) ❗ Note: Anmeldung is not possible, no pets allowed 🚉 Transport: • U9 (4 min) • U7&U3 (10 min) • Only 2 stops to Kurfürstendamm • Only 3 stops to Zoologischer Garten 🛍️ Nearby: DM, Edeka, Lidl & Apotheke just 2 mins away.
