Wohnung in Düsseldorf, Friedrichstadt

Hi! I'm going to have a fantastic room available in a coliving space with a great location in the city from 1st November.😊 Apartment: It is a 12 m2 room with a private bathroom, located on the fifth floor (with elevador), making it very bright and pleasant. The bed measures 1x2 meters; you’ll just need to buy your own bedding, pillow, and mattress cover (you can rent it here). It features a common area with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a large living-dining room. There are usually no more than two or three people in the kitchen at a time, and there’s plenty of storage space and room in the fridge (two refrigerators with freezers). There is a wacuum cleaner, broom, and other cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer located on the -1 floor is included in the rent. You’ll live in a community of young, international people, both professionals and students, where you can relax comfortably, but you’ll also have the chance to enjoy good company. 🤗 Location: The views from the room are really nice! It is located in a commercial area, very central and connected to the old town. It’s a three-minute walk from the bus/metro/tram stops and a 10-minute walk from Düsseldorf Central Station. There’s a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets (EDEKA 1 min, REWE 5 min), a pharmacy very close by, and all kinds of shops right next door. By tram, it takes 20 minutes total to get to HSD and 8 minutes to the Rhine (15 minutes on foot). It’s really convenient :) Info: Contact me through the app if you're interested, and I'll answer any questions you may have. Of course, you can schedule an in-person or online visit if you want, we can set a time that suits as both to meet 🤗 See you!!
