Wohnung in Berlin, Moabit

(EN below) Die Wohnung ist super ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage & voll möbliert. Es gibt alles, was mensch so für den täglichen Bedarf braucht plus kleinen Balkon & einige Pflanzen. ACHTUNG: Es handelt sich um einen 5. Stock typisch unsanierten Berliner Altbau ohne Fahrstuhl. Das heißt, es ist kein Hipster schickimicki. Es kann zudem sein, dass evtl mehr Nebenkosten anfallen, als ich jetzt basierend auf den vergangenen Jahren im Mietpreis inklusive kalkuliert habe, falls du zB vorrangig im Home Office arbeitest und viel heizt. Müssen wir dann ggf. genau ausrechnen (lassen) bei deinem Auszug mittels Gaszähler. U Turmstr & S Beusselstr befinden sich in Laufdistanz (neben diversen Buslinien & Tram M10). Es gibt außerdem viel Grün (Tiergarten, Plötzensee, Spree). Diverse Supermärkte (Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Kaufland, Alnatura, Bio Company, Denn's) und weitere Läden und Restaurants gibt es zu Hauf in der Umgebung. Ich wünsche mir jemenschen, der zuverlässig und achtsam ist. Meine Wohnung ist alternativ, bunt und einfach, wie du den Bildern entnehmen kannst. Ich bevorzuge eine Person mit grünem Daumen. Bettwäsche & Handtücher stelle ich gern inklusive bereit. Alle generellen Haushaltsgegenstände kannst du selbstverständlich benutzen. Du hast die Wohnung für dich, kannst ein Zimmer ganz, das andere Zimmer zum Teil mitnutzen (ich lagere dort meine privaten Sachen). Nichtraucherwohnung, rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon möglich. B E S I C H T I G U N G: Online oder vor Ort möglich. ----------- The apartment is very quiet despite the central location, fully furnished and has everything you need plus a small balcony & quite a few plants. ATTENTION: The apartment is a typical unrevonated Berlin Altbau on the 5th floor without elevator. This also means: It's not a fancy hipster place. Also, in case you use a lot of heating during your stay (working from home or the like), costs for gas might be higher than I now calculated on average based on the usage of past years. It might thus happen that we will have to calculate the exact amount of additional usage upon you moving out (gas meter is in the apartment). Closest stations: U Turmstr & S Beusselstr (next to many bus lines as well as the Tram M10). There are many leisure areas (Tiergarten, Plötzesee, Spree). Plenty of supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Kaufland Alnatura, Bio Company, Denn's) and all kind of shops and restaurants are close by. I am looking for someone who is reliable and respectful. My apartment is alternative, colorful and simple, as you are able to see from the pictures. I prefer someone who's able to take care of my plants. I am happy to provide things like bedding and towels. Of course you may use all general appliances in the flat. You have the entire apartment to yourself, one room is fully yours, the other room can be used partially (I'm storing my private stuff there).
