Zimmer A fully furnished 15 m2 room is becoming available in our spacious top-floor apartment in the heart of Maxvorstadt. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Public transport is just around the corner, with easy access to bus, tram, and U-Bahn lines. The monthly rent is 975€ (warm). We are a shared flat of four and are looking for a fifth flatmate to join our international and friendly household. Lage The flat is located in Maxvorstadt, one of Munich’s most central and vibrant neighborhoods, just a few minutes’ walk from Königsplatz. The area is known for its cafés, restaurants, museums, and student life, with LMU and TUM easily reachable. Public transport connections are excellent: U-Bahn, tram, and bus stops are all within a short walking distance, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Supermarkets, bakeries, and other daily necessities are also just around the corner. WG-Leben - Raffaele (Italy): He’ll surprise you with his traditional lasagna and is always down to do something together. - Cécile (France): Loves speaking different languages and exploring new cultures. - Henry (Germany): Your go-to person for anything bike-related. - Lilly (Swiss & Germany): Loves to travel and full of energy; your basic marketing girly. We enjoy a social but respectful atmosphere—sometimes cooking or hanging out together, while also appreciating everyone’s personal space. If you think you’d be a good fit, send us a short message about yourself. We’re looking forward to meeting you!
