WBS is obligatory and you will get an Anmeldung. The flat is for 1 person or a couple / very good friends. for the first contract we re only looking for 4-6 (whatever u prefer) months, but if our plans work out we might be able to extend to at least January 2028 the flat is not far from the subway U6 and has a bus station right at the door. its a rather quiet neighborhood with lots of parks and nature. no pets, smokefree household, we have a couple of plants that need taking care of. the office table is height adjustable. ill be transparent with all costs and im not making any profits out of your money. there will be a subletting tax on top of the rent so I'm guessing the final rent will be maximal 550€. we can openly talk about any requests or questions and are generally quite flexible. :) if basement access is necessary we can talk about it. You could also have access to my bike. disclaimer: the neighbors love the rules (especially quiet times) and WILL complain/snitch directly at the administration. So just to be safe we also ask you to not smoke weed or similar things on the balcony that might trigger a complaint. something similar already happened. I know that sounds strict, but playing music, watching a movie loudly or generally being loud in the normal hours was never a problem. Even the amount of guests doesnt matter if the quiet times are respected. BBQing on the balcony once in a while is also possible.
