You will share the apartment with Federico (26), who is currently working in an Start-up and is therefore at work a lot. He is from Italy and speaks italian or english. It will be more of a flatshare for convenience, but sharing a beer or cooking pasta some time is definitely an option (not a must!) :). Bathroom and kitchen are shared. We are looking for someone who is working full time and is responsible with the apartment. We will need a Schufa and Haftpflichtversicherung. Your room will be furnished with a 1,40 bed +matress. The room is very large and with its two window, you will have plenty of sunlight during the day. The room comes with an desk, couch, tv, bed and storage place. So a perfect place to work from or just to chill in. The apartment is located in Charlottenburg- Wilmersdorf very close to Olivaer Platz (5 min), where you have many bus options. Other public transporation options: S-Bahn: Savignyplatz (S3,5,7) 15 min by foot U-Bahn: Fehrbelliner Platz U3,U7 10min by foot There are multiple supermarkets near by like Netto, Lidl, Edeka and Rewe. Everything can be reached easily by foot. Besides you will find plenty of restaurants and Cafes. The area is very calm and feels very relaxing.
