Hey! I’m subletting the room for 2 weeks in August since I found another place but I have my contract till the 14th so I need someone to take over it just for two weeks. The apartment is located in Erich Weinert Str, it’s 7 mins walk from tram m2 and 10 mins walk from S Prenzlauer Allee. The apartment is shared with one 23yo woman, it’s newly renovated and has everything you need to live comfortably, it’s on the 1st floor. I’m sending you the pictures of the house, in the bedroom you’ll find the bed, drawer and the mirror. All the rest is going with me so it won’t be there. I would prefer to rent it to someone I know but if not, it’s important that it’s a woman, responsible and clean! The rent is 290€ warm. No deposit
