Hi-hi! A small but very cozy room will be available in our international six-bed flat share from November 1st. The room is on the 1st floor and has 8 square meters and is nice, bright and super cozy. It is fully furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, a desk and a bed. There is a bathroom on the first floor, we have a laundry room and a guest toilet as well as second shower (besides the main bathroom). There's a kitchen (fully equipped including two fridges and freezer) as well as a living room with a huge TV (we share Amazon Prime, Disney Plus and Netflix). We also have a beautiful garden that you can use to chill or grow veggies. Lage The connections are really good to the city center. Being at 7 minutes from the U2 (Josephburg), you can access Hauptbahnhof in no time (15min U-Bahn). The S-Bahn (Berg am Laim) is also usefull to get quick to Marienplatz and so on. Finally, by night, we have trams from Sendlinger Tor / Karlsplatz that bring us smoothly "nach Hause". We have a lot of different supermarkets at a walking distance, like Rewe, Kaufland, Aldi and Norma. Nearby there's also the lovely Ostpark where you can go for a run or just for chilling in the summer. WG Leben Your future flatmates are five amazing and different people: Krista (Bulgaria) - she loves to climb, do yoga, have sauna sessions and cook! Natalia (Catalonia) - initiates great jam sessions, joins every fun activity and loves a good nap on the couch Anurag (India) - you'll always find him in the kitchen dropping some smooth dad jokes, loves climbing, skiing and plants (wants a rainforest in his room) Michael (USA) - always watching the newest and most popular TV shows and exploring the city Edu (Spain) - always up for spending time together! We all are working people here, but common places are used frequently: you will often come back home to the sight of the full living room, watching something, or will be invited to cook together or go out.
