WG-Zimmer in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg

We’re looking for a new flatmate for our large, bright 20 m² room in a beautiful 3-person flatshare in the Gleimviertel, Prenzlauer Berg, available from 1 January, unlimited. The flat is a huge, renovated Altbau with high-end furnishings, high ceilings, stucco and parquet floors. You’ll share a big, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a modern bathroom, and a washer and dryer. We’re two friendly, sporty professionals in our early 30s working in startups. Not a purely functional flatshare: we enjoy cooking and chatting together, while everyone has their own space. The location is a dream: Mauerpark is a five-minute walk away, Schönhauser Allee (U+S) is around the corner, and cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are right on the doorstep. Rent: 1,250€/month, deposit 500€. Non-smoking flat, no pets. Just send us a message with a few words about yourself, we’re looking forward to hearing from you!
