I am leaving my lovely flat in Akazienkiez and can recommend either short or long-term tenants to my landlord, who has been exceptionally kind, helpful and trustworthy throughout the 1.5 years I have been in this apartment. The move-in dates can be flexible by a couple of weeks. 📆 Long-term: 01.05.2026 (deposit €1300) 📆 Short-term (sublet): 01.05.2026 to 09.05.2026 (deposit €750) VIEWINGS ARE HAPPENING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The apartment is fully furnished, including high quality Danish and Italian vintage pieces, and some lovely art which adds a nice touch to the place. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing maschine. There is also a nice and quite private balcony to make use of when the sun is out (or not!) The flat in general is quite bright, and the bathroom includes a bathtub and great lighting for the mirror. There is also a small “walk in closet” in the hallway for storage (cleaning things included), and you will have access to a basement for some extra storage. Location With busses and the U7 just down the road (Eisenacher Strasse), both Kreuzberg, Neukölln and Charlottenburg are easily accesible. I have found the kiez to be the coziest kiez I’ve lived in so far in my years in Berlin, near cozy markets and walking distance to great bars and food spots. Miscellaneous The rent is warm - everything included - €1300 a month. The flat has been a perfect size for one person and it is not meant to house more than this. I am flexible to let you have the flat slightly earlier or later depending on when you need it and can happily host brief viewings online or in person. If all goes well and you take good care of the flat, I will happily provide you with a reference to the landlord with the goal if taking over the contract.
