Gut zu wissen

Souterrain room in lovely house. The House is well located, 5 minutes to walk to a grocery store, pharmacy restaurants and most importantly the subway U3 going straight to Marien Platz and the University. The house has a big garden and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Heating and electricity is included in the rent. Highspeed Internet also included. The room comes with a private shower. The toilet is shared, just like the washing machine and dryer. Drying racks are also available. Every roomate has their own fridge with lots of space. Two cats are living in the house, no further pets. Roomates are expected to be clean and mindful of others. Masters/PhD students prefered.
