Looking to sublet for August. The flat is located in Ramersdorf, a quiet area, but we'll connected to the city center. There are bus stops of different lines 5-10 min walk away and the subway station Innsbrucker Ring (U5 and U2) 5 min by bike. With the two other roommates we share a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and a toilet, as well as 2 balconies connected to their rooms. We are usually all pretty busy with our own activities, but if it works out always happy to eat, have a beer together or just talk about our day.
