Gut zu wissen

Price incl. Utilities The Flat is renovated by now and has everything you could need in the kitchen, a big sofa and coffee table in the living room. Room has a modern A/C I will be doing an internship in germany for the time which is why i am looking for someone to sublet this room to. Me and three friends I have known for quite some time have been living here, so we are really close and thus I am looking for someone that fits into that dynamic. The flat is located 5 minutes from the Arroios Metro station with a supermarket right below the flat. the gym is 3 minutes by foot and we have a Quiosque with cheap beer from the tap right outside.
