Gut zu wissen

Hi! We are two Spanish girls looking for a new roommate (aged 20–26). Our apartment is cozy, always clean, and well taken care of. We're looking for someone who is also tidy, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. 🛏️ The room is fully furnished. 📝 The contract can potentially be extended for an indefinite period but is not sure 100%. 📍 The flat is centrally located, right next to Theresienstraße metro station (U2), with additional connections via Tram 20 and 21. If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out!
