We would like to sublet our beautiful, bright, freshly renovated old building apartment for this period (61sqm + balcony) in 2 minutes distance to S/U-Hermannstraße, 10 minutes distance to Tempelhofer Feld and 5 minutes distance to Körnerpark 🛹 💃 gladly SUBLET. it’s in Altenbraker Straße! The apartment is an old building, we only moved in last autumn and have completely renovated the apartment:). The Tempelhofer Feld is also just around the corner (5min bike, 10 min walk). The apartment is quiet and bright and is located on the 3rd floor with a balcony. Hermannstraße and the train station are only 2 minutes away. The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple. You can expect a bathtub, a great kitchen with gas stove, several tables, WIFI, a blender, a juicer, a coffee machine, a bicycle cellar, a washing machine and a dishwasher, quiet relaxed neighbors, a very comfortable large bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, not the feeling of living in the middle of Neukölln and still being in the middle of it, lots of light, a mega view and good energy :)! Also a really nice neighborhood :). There are also several tables for working and a workstation with a height-adjustable desk. At the end we take 50 Eur. for the final cleaning by Helpling so that everyone is satisfied and you don't have to stress yourself with the meticulous cleaning. We need copies of your IDs when you sign the subletting contract - NO registration possible.
