WG-Zimmer in München, Aubing-Lochhausen-Langwied

Hi! I'm moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in Munich from 1 December 2026. The room A bright, cozy basement room with warm parquet floors and a wooden-panelled ceiling. The layout splits naturally into a sleeping area and a living/working area, and the big window lets you step straight outside, which is perfect for fresh air or a morning coffee. It's a WG with two others, but it feels like your own apartment. Everyone has their own room and kitchen, so you rarely cross paths, and the bathroom schedules have always worked perfectly. Included • 26 m² room • Own large kitchen and fridge • Small garden space right outside the window • Shared bathroom with a spacious shower and window • Electricity, water, and heating included in the rent • Free washing machine (bring your own detergent) • Free shared storage room in the building Furniture We'll go through what stays during the viewing. If you'd like to take over any pieces, we can agree on a fair price. Interested? Send me a short message about yourself and we'll set up a viewing!
