The smaller room faces east onto the courtyard and has two floor-to-ceiling windows, one of which leads to a quiet balcony, perfect for breakfast in the sun in summer. Both rooms have beautiful traditional Hamburg wooden floorboards and white-painted walls. The apartment has a kitchenette including stove/oven and fridge. There is enough space in the kitchen for a washing machine and a dishwasher, but you would need to buy these yourself. Not included in the rent: Internet: you would need to arrange your own contract. Flatshare life A few words about me (your potential flatmate): My name is Jasmin, I'm 29 years old. I moved to Hamburg for my job 5 years ago and am now moving back closer to my family. I love being out in nature, reading, doing yoga and climbing. I also love cooking and trying out new recipes. Since I will probably only be in the Hamburg apartment several days a month, this is a practical flatshare. Nevertheless, when we are both at home, I'd like us to live together in a relaxed way, with enough personal space for everyone. Open and honest communication, mutual consideration, cleanliness and tidiness are especially important to me. What I'm looking for in a subtenant: Non-smoker, clean, tidy, employed, no pets.
