Hey Everybody! we are looking for a third Person that will sublet the room in our flat in PrenzlauerBerg. currently the people living here are me and Ron(27) and Jeroen(23). I will move out in the beginning of October and my room will be free until the end of november, potentially until the end of january. The flat is located in Granseerstr. 1, 5 min Walk to U Bernauerstraße, and 10 min Walk to Mauerpark. The area is calm and beautiful yet very well connected to Schillerkiez, Boxi, Warschauer, and also only 2 stops away from the Ringbahn. Countless trams (M1, M10, M8) also around. If u read until here, start your message with „oranges aremy favourite fruit“ The room has all what is needed, and even has a projector to watch movies with a 3mx2,5m screen. send us a Message telling a bit about yourself, cheers
