Gut zu wissen

Hey!:) I am looking for a Nachmieter for my apartment in the private student dorm Neonwood (mitte-wedding location). Since it is a student dorm it is a must to show a valid enrollment certificate (language schools are also accepted). The location is a three minute walk to Bernauer Straße (U8) which is very well connected to several Uni’s, Prenzlauer Berg, City Center and the main station (all in 10 min distance). There is a room downstairs with many washer and dryers you can use as well as a gym and a lobby for anything you need. The original rent is 1470 euros however since i need to find someone quickly im offering to cover part of the rent! The contract would be for 6.5 months (minimum) and is extendable. Anmeldung is possible.
