Room in Neukölln from September 15th 🏡 Hi everyone! I’m looking for a lovely person to share my flat in Neukölln with, as one of the rooms will be available from September 15th. The room is furnished and the initial contract would be for 4 months, with the possibility of extending it afterwards. Just a little note about the photos: they don’t show exactly how the room looks at the moment. The space is still coming together and some of the furniture will be changed, but it will be rented furnished. You’d be living with me, Inés, 30, from Spain. I work from home, so I spend quite a lot of time at home and I’m generally a pretty calm person. I love cooking, painting, being at home, sharing a glass of wine and sometimes cooking together. I’ve also recently started running, so we’ll see how long that lasts 😅 For me, a home is more than just a place to live. I really like having a cosy, clean and welcoming space and making the house feel like a home. I’d love to live with someone who feels the same way. Respect, cleanliness and taking care of the shared space are quite important to me. I’m not looking for a flatmate who never leaves their room, but at the same time I really value having our own space. It would be nice to share a dinner, a glass of wine or a conversation every now and then and just have a good, easy dynamic at home. The flat is in Neukölln, close to Tempelhofer Feld, Hermannstraße and lots of bars, cafés and restaurants. There’s plenty around and the area has a really nice vibe.
