flatsforfriendz is a platform that helps you find or sublet your room or flat in your trusted network and beyond.
How does flatsforfriendz work? ✨
If your searching for a flat or room, you can create a search listing in the app so that people who are offering a room or flat can potentially contact you.
If you'r e subletting or renting out your room or flat, you can publish an offer listing, so that people can request to see more details and contact you if interested.
In both cases, we recommend sharing the generated template for your listing on IG to include your network in the search and get reposted by our account to increase your chances of success.
Where can I find the flatsforfriendz app? 📱
You can download our app for iOS via the AppStore and for Android via the Play Store. Links are at the top of this site. Besides that, you can always access our platform via the web.
Does flatsforfriendz cost anything? 💸
The flatsforfriendz platform, which includes our app, webapp and the Instagram page, is free for everyone. Some features are only available for our paid premium subscription “superfriendz”.
How do I get the flatsforfriendz Instagram template? 🖼️
Boost your search with the flatsforfriendz Instagram template! Designed for easy sharing on social media, it helps you engage your network in your search and expand your reach, increasing your chances of success.
Save the flatsforfriendz template directly from the listing page in your profile after creating a listing in our app. When you post, be sure to include the link to your listing for easy access.

Yes, correct. But now it's also more than that: We've reached the limits of Instagram and have thus launched our app, which makes flat mediation much more convenient and easier.
We still recommend saving and sharing your listing template in your IG story to include your network in the search and tag @flatsforfriendz on it, so we can repost it to increase your chances.

With superfriendz you can find your home even faster, by increasing your chances of success. With the rising number of friendz, flats, searches and related requests on the platform, we are offering premium features for superfriendz to stand out and to enhance the overall experience. These include, for example, instant request of listings, higher visibility as well as exclusive Instagram templates.
How can I get superfriendz? 🤓
You can get superfriendz directly through the iOS or Android app. Simply navigate to the account section within the app settings and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
How do I cancel my superfriendz subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription directly in the app via:
Profile > Settings > Subscription management > Active Plan
or via the customer portal (link in confirmation mail).
When purchased with Apple or Google you can do this directly in the respective Store.
Please note that uninstallation of the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
How can I request a refund? 🫴🏼
Generally, you can request a refund or exercise your right of withdrawal via the withdrawal form.
For subscriptions purchased via Apple or Google, refunds are processed by the respective platform independently of us. You can also request a refund directly — for iOS: request a refund from Apple or for Android: request a refund from Google.
