Cancel Subscription (Abo kündigen)

If you want to cancel you can do this by your own via the app:

Profile > Settings > Subscription Management > Active Plan > Cancel Plan

Please provide your personal details linked to your flatsforfriendz account and the details of the contract you wish to withdraw. You find the subscription ID in your confirmation email.

Please note: The fact that you have requested a withdrawal does not necessarily mean that you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in this specific case. We will review your use of the premium features in order to assess the circumstances.
