Room Hello! In our lovely shared apartment in Tübingen's Südstadt a room will be available from February 12th to April 12th, as Yana is temporarily leaving. For this period, we're looking for a friendly roommate who would like to move into her fully furnished room. The room and the kitchen have everything you need. The flat has an additonal bathroom with a toilet and sink, we also have a storage and a wachining room with a washing machine to use free of charge. The apartment itself is very warm with heated floors, and you would have an access to a spacious balcony in your room. We all study different subjects: Leon is studying physics and chemistry to become a teacher, Melissa is studying literature and politics, and Eva is just finishing her Master's degree in Education. We're a close-knit, but rather quiet, shared apartment and really enjoy living together. The hot spot in the apartment is definitely the large kitchen and the balcony! We love to hang out there or chat. Otherwise, we're looking for someone who is open-minded and interested, wants to be involved in the shared living experience, but also appreciates peace and quiet and enjoys having time for themselves. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Otherwise, we're really looking forward to your message! ☺️ The casting times are unspecified, but since the room is going to available soon, would be great if you could spare a little time asap. :) We're looking forward to meeting you! ☆ Eva, Leon, Melissa & Yana Location The bus stop is like a minute walk from the flat, and it can take you to the city centre in 10 min. The train station is even closer. You also can be in the university in 15 min. Otherwise, you could cycle (we have a bicycle storage room) or walk. There are a lot of supermarkets in close vicinity: edeka, kaufland, lidl, dm, alnatura.
