It’s a shared flat with a couple in their late twenties who both work in audio related fields. The room is split between having a queen sized bed and a big wardrobe on one corner, and a DIY, basically fully equipped home studio in the other corner, which you’re welcome to use for your time being here. The Kitchen is fully equipped, (fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher) A shared living room with a huge couch, vinyl player, multiple gaming consoles. A shared bathroom with bathtub, a washing machine and dryer. A balcony connected to my roommates’ bedroom. There are tons of music instruments laying around the apartment. There is also a cellar with some space if needed, and the bed opens like a trunk, where storage is available. yes there’s a dog. he’s chill af. he doesn’t live here, only comes by for a few days every once in a while to make sure we behave. He’s our landlord. it’s a long story. It’s a very cozy place, and I’m looking for easygoing people, not so party oriented, tidy and respectful of other people’s space and privacy. Co-existence with the roommates is very chill, they don’t ever intrude into my privacy and neither would they for yours, and they’re nice to spend time with in the living room and kitchen. their only requests is someone who respects the entire space, and won’t come back home with multiple guests unannounced from a party, and playing music is very acceptable, just not blasting at night and inconsiderately. 📍its location is within a 5 minutes walk from S Schöneweide, from which passes through the regional train *RB32* , a 5 minute non-stop ride to Ostkreuz, and many S Bahns (S42, S41, S46, S47, S8, S9, S85) as well as trams (67, 21, 27, M17, 60, 37) and a lot of buses.
