Wohnung in Lissabon, Penha de França

!!! You need to be a student to rent this place !!! !!! Please only text in english :) !!! Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my studio apartment near Santa Apolónia station from the end of October until 30 January 2027. The studio is fully furnished, and water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The building has a gym, a pool and a front desk. The contract would be taken over directly through the residence under the same conditions. You just need to be a student and not have had a contract with this residence in the previous academic year.
