Hallo liebe Leute I’m subletting my cozy appartment short term from 26.08 till 09.09 and looking for someone to take care of our beautiful loft while I’m away. The flat is just one block from Warschauer Straße S-Bahn, super central and well-connected. It’s a spacious 80 m2 loft with 3 rooms, shared by 2 people. I’ve been living here for over 2 years with my beloved flatmate Adrià, a super kind, open-minded, and easygoing person who works from home and helps keep the good energy flowing. 🌀 The room is small but full of charm — with a comfy bed right below the windows, lots of natural light, and a very calming, cozy energy. It’s the perfect little nest for resting, reading, or simply enjoying the peaceful vibes. 🌿 You’ll also enjoy: • A fully equipped kitchen (we take cooking seriously!) • A huge common area (“the salon”) with a projector, good sound system, disco ball & mini fridge for cold beers 🍻 • Super fast internet (1000 Mbit/s) – great for remote workers We value an international, open-minded environment, and are looking for someone who will respect the space, care for the plants, and match the easygoing, warm vibe of the flat. ✨ Please note: This is a space where racist, homophobic, sexism or any kind or hateful speech is not tolerated — kindness and respect are non-negotiable. 🌈 • ❌ Anmeldung not possible • 📅 Unfortunately, no extension possible Looking forward to hearing from you!
