WG-Zimmer in Berlin, Wilmersdorf

Hey, Im Marla, 30 years old and im doing my masters now in Intnational Relations/ Affairs with concentration on Human rights. In my free time i love doing pilates and going to dance classes. IBein student again, i cant work as much, which is why its fincanially easier to rent out my my little guest room. The apartment has living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. the room is really small so its not longterm thing, because i guess but for someone commuting or doing an internship. I’m renting out my guest room starting 01.12.2026 (flexible)or a few months for now, and potentially more long-term if living together works out well.! It's a very small room ( 9sqm) fully furnished with the essentials - ideal for someone who needs something temporary or transitional ( internship, commuter room etc.) I’m looking for a FEMALE roommate (28–35 years old) who is calm, clean, emotionally mature, reliable, and has a stable full-time job. Preferably a Black woman or woman of color. It’s very important to me that you are anti-racist and queer-friendly, with a strong feminist mindset. By that I mean someone who believes in equality, respects boundaries, values open communication, and supports other women. You should be open and respectful toward all religions, cultures, and identities. This is a safe space where diversity is welcomed and protected. Im very clean and today person so i need someone to really match that energy, im very occupied wiht my studies so i also enjoy my time alone in my room but obieouly im open to spend some roomy time together I live in a relatively quiet and very beautiful area in Wilmersdorf. 7 min walk U3 and 10 min walk U9 and 15 min Walk to Ringbahn Bundesplatz!
