Hey, I‘m Patrick! I‘m 28, originally from southern Germany, and have been living in Berlin for four years. I am just moving into the flat. I have mostly lived in shared flats so far, and I‘m looking for a flatmate myself for the very first time 👀 I‘m working as a software engineer, really like cooking with friends, going out, shopping at flea markets and playing beach volleyball. During the week I‘m currently quite busy with work, but pretty active on the weekend especially now in summer with friends and sports. If you are someone who is also a bit busy, extroverted, and spontaneous we will probably get along well. Maybe you would like to join a WG cooking night with friends or go to a bar afterwards? The flat itself is really nice with a fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished room for you. My room is actually a bit smaller, but has a balcony that you could use whenever my door is open. Really nice sunsets on the balcony as well :) The flat is in Weserstraße (Neukölln not Fhain), with windows towards a bike street that‘s rather quiet. You can hear some people from the Spätis downstairs but not too much since we‘re on the fourth floor. Sonnenallee is close so great arabic food is around the corner! My lease is until the End of May 2027, but most likely will be extended since the previous tenant permanently moved to the US. So I can‘t give any guarantees rn but am looking for a rather long-term flatmate! Anmeldung is also possible. The rent is definitely not super cheap but everything included. Would be great if you could tell me a few words about yourself, what a typical week in Berlin looks like for you, what you like to do in your free time, what languages you speak, or whatever other facts you want to drop.
